How do I submit a sample for testing?
You can submit a sample by scheduling a drop-off, arranging a pickup (if available in your area), or contacting us through the form, text, or Instagram DM. We’ll confirm the intake details and walk you through the process. Be sure to create an account with us. Click Start Testing Below.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for most tests. Rush options are available depending on workload and sample type — reach out to confirm availability and pricing.
What types of products do you test?
We test plant material, concentrates, edibles, topicals, beverages, and more. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies or requires a specific panel, reach out and we’ll help you determine the right path.
Are you ISO certified?
We hold ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation (No.: 118890), which verifies that our methods, instruments, and quality systems meet international standards for laboratory competence and reliability.
Do you offer R&D testing, or only compliance?
We offer both. R&D testing is ideal during development, process validation, or troubleshooting, while compliance testing is required for commercial distribution. Each follows the same lab standards, with different reporting requirements. R&D testing does not require license.
Are your results reported to the state?
Only compliance testing results are submitted to the state’s track-and-trace system. R&D testing is for internal use and is not uploaded.
Is Quant Leaf Labs a licensed testing facility?
Yes. We operate under California Testing Laboratory License C8-000182-LIC. Our lab is fully authorized to perform compliance testing for commercial distribution within the state’s regulated market.
Where is your lab located, and do you offer pickup?
Quant Leaf Labs is located in Downtown Los Angeles. We offer sample pickup anywhere in California with advance arrangement. Pickup within LA County is free. For locations outside LA County, a flat $100 pickup fee applies.
