Privacy Policy
Quant Leaf Labs, Inc.
Effective: 10/09/2026
This policy covers quantleaflabs.com only. In short: we use what you send us to answer you and take payments, we use Google Analytics to improve the Site, and we do not sell your information.
1Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Quant Leaf Labs, Inc. ("Quant Leaf Labs", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information through our website, https://quantleaflabs.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only.
Laboratory services are governed by our Terms and Conditions and any agreement with you. Orders, sample information and results are handled in our client portal, which may be operated by Quant Leaf Labs or by a service provider on our behalf, and has its own terms and privacy notice.
2Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, another way to reach you (such as a phone number), your license number if you provide it, and your message.
- Invoice payments: invoice number or reference, company name, email address and payment amount. Card details are typed only into our payment processor's secure form; we do not see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation with the card type, the last four digits, the amount and a transaction number.
- Messages: emails, text messages, calls and direct messages you send us.
3Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It collects information such as pages viewed, time on the page, the site that referred you, approximate location (city level, based on your IP address), and device, browser and operating system details. Google Analytics uses cookies. We have Google signals turned off and do not use Google Analytics for advertising.
- Spam and fraud protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and how you use the page to tell people from automated programs. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Security: our website security tools record IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, to block attacks and misuse. The payment page also briefly limits repeated attempts from the same IP address.
- Settings in your browser: if you choose light or dark mode, or use the accessibility tool, your choice is saved in your own browser so the Site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
4How we use information
- To answer your questions and provide the quotes, pickups and services you ask about.
- To process invoice payments and send payment confirmations.
- To run, secure and improve the Site.
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
5How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for their work:
- website hosting and security
- payment processing
- website analytics
- spam protection
- client portal services
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, our clients or others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
6Cookies and Do Not Track
Cookies on the Site are set by Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, although our forms need reCAPTCHA to send. You can also turn off Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it, and the Site does not currently respond to it. Google Analytics may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites; the add-on above stops this on our Site.
7How long we keep information
We keep messages and payment records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business, tax and legal requirements. Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our analytics account. Security logs are kept for a limited time.
8How we protect information
The Site uses encryption (HTTPS). Card details go directly to our payment processor's secure form. Access to information is limited to people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
9Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you gave us through the Site by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.
10Age
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
11Other websites
The Site links to services run by others, such as our payment processor, Google and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. Our client portal has its own terms and privacy notice.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
