Web Accessibility Statement

1Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Accessibility is part of how we design, build and update the site, and we review it as the site changes.

2What we do

• Pages are built with clear headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can move through them.
• Images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Links, buttons and form fields are designed to work with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
• Text colors are chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast minimum of 4.5:1.
• Light and dark modes follow your device setting, and a switch lets you change it.
• Animations move only while you scroll and stay still when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages adapt to phones, tablets and computers.
• The round accessibility button at the bottom right lets you adjust text size, contrast and more.

3Services from other companies

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, and their accessibility is outside our control:

• Card payments: Authorize.net's secure payment form.
• Spam protection on our forms: Google reCAPTCHA.
• Client portal for orders and results.
• Our Instagram page.

4Known limitations

Some PDF documents, including older reports, may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If any part of the site or a document does not work for you, contact us and we will help another way, such as by phone or email, or with the document in another format.

5How we check

We review the site ourselves (self-assessment), using automated accessibility checks and keyboard testing. Last reviewed: 10/09/2026.
